Our estimated delivery time is between 7-10 business days. However, All products sold on Cotzl are handcrafted especially for you upon request, therefore in some cases the delivery date may vary according to the product type & the time needed to craft it.

Shipping costs vary depending on the region and total weight of the order. The final cost will be displayed upon completion of the purchase.

All the products on COTZL website are sold by different artists from all around Egypt. Each product is shipped directly from its maker; that’s why if your order includes different items from different sellers, it will have more than one shipping fee.

Yes you may. Plz note that when you buy from different makers in one cart, You will receive each order separate.

If you purchase products from different merchants in our online store, they may be shipped to you in separate packages. This is because each merchant handles the shipping process for their products. So, you may receive your orders on different dates, depending on each merchant's processing and shipping speed. If you want your products in the same package, make sure to buy from the same store.
